The Maintenance role is responsible for receiving work orders, assessing job sites, purchasing required supplies, and completing necessary work. The entire process is handled through our property management software and corporate account at Home Depot. The job requires reliable transportation, tools, communication with the Maintenance Manager, and the organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. This is a time-sensitive role, where tasks must be addressed when received.
Responsibilities:
Receive work orders & clearly communicate with Maintenance Manager
Timely completion of work orders
Accurately purchase supplies for jobs &record transactions appropriately
Accurate reporting of work orders, receipts,hours, & completion photos
Requirements:
