Maintenance Position Overview:

The Maintenance role is responsible for receiving work orders, assessing job sites, purchasing required supplies, and completing necessary work. The entire process is handled through our property management software and corporate account at Home Depot. The job requires reliable transportation, tools, communication with the Maintenance Manager, and the organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. This is a time-sensitive role, where tasks must be addressed when received.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive work orders & clearly communicate with Maintenance Manager
  • Timely completion of work orders
  • Accurately purchase supplies for jobs &record transactions appropriately
  • Accurate reporting of work orders, receipts,hours, & completion photos

Leasing Agent Position Overview
The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing vacant units at market rates. Leasing Agents must always be marketing for new tenants, even at full occupancy. You want to keep a pipeline of the most qualified renters in Cleveland and fill vacancies with those tenants. There is a great deal of creativity in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ‘rent ready’ photos and market vacancies
  • Hold open houses
  • Review rental applications
  • Leases units at market rates (sign lease, obtain contact info, collect deposit & first month rent)
  • Move-in new tenants 
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with clients

Requirements:
  • Must be a registered real estate agent in the state of Ohio
  • Strong understanding of leasing and tenant placement is preferred
